News, views and reviews from NZ’s tech sector No Images? Click here Dear , As this week’s embarrassing congressional questioning of Mark Zuckerberg all too clearly shows - governments suck at tech. But why? Is it the complexity of projects? Indifference? Bureaucratic bullshit?
