Conflicts in the Workplace

Hello there,

We have a few new support programmes available to you, through our parent company WSX Enterprise. These are all funded through the EU and provide guidance and advice to assist your business.

In this issue, we are looking at ETHOS and resolving conflicts in the workplace + an invite to the ResilientWeb closing event in London!

We hope you find them useful.

ETHOS

ETHOS – Exploiting Organisational Conflicts in Business Environments

Supported by the Erasmus+ Programme, the ETHOS project has been set up to review, develop and promote the tools and strategies needed to manage and exploit conflict in business environments.

Quick Survey: Mapping Conflict in SME’s

We are conducting research into the perception of organisational conflict, the different types and the ways of dealing with it, to gather overall views on social, interpersonal, intergenerational, cultural conflict, etc. in business environments.

Experiencing difficult times arising from recession, enterprises (particularly SMEs) find it more difficult to acquire the skills needed to deal with organisational conflict which may then go on to help them reposition and/or overcome challenging economic conditions.

If you could spare us 5 minutes to complete the survey, we would really appreciate it :)

If you have any questions about the survey, please e mail Julia Pearson.
