Contact and Arrival

--------------------

If you need to contact us before the ship sets sail, please feel free to call 269-409-1045. You may also e-mail us through December 13.

After you arrive at the port and check in, look for the Cruise with a Mission welcome table inside. We will provide you additional information on where to go from there.

Packing List

--------------------

It's time to start thinking about packing for our trip. View our packing list for suggested items.

Full Packing List

Onboard Dress Code: For regular meals, Holland America requires shirt and shoes. Jeans or shorts are not allowed in the formal dining room at any time.  There are two “formal nights” in the formal dining room and are usually our at-sea days (Tuesday and Saturday).  Gentleman must wear a jacket and tie to be admitted; ladies generally wear formal dresses or pants suits. Please note, walking through the carpeted hallways or dining areas in only a bathing suit is strongly discouraged (bring covering).

Service Projects

--------------------

Most of our service projects have now been selected. Note that plans do change from time to time based on local needs, changes in the cruise line's schedule, or unforseen circumstances.  Transportation is provided to/from all sites, unless otherwise noted. Lunch is provided during all projects.

Pre-trip Service Project Registration

In an effort to allow for easier transportation arrangements, we ask that you choose your projects before December 10.  When space is full, we will need to place you in a different project; we appreciate your flexibility. Projects will be confirmed at our welcome social Sunday, Dec. 14, on-board.
