$250M Le Cornu site development approved
A new landmark in the heart of North Adelaide which will revitalise the O’Connell Street precinct was approved last week. Purchased by the City of Adelaide in 2018, Council has selected Commercial & General to transform this landmark site. Construction is due to begin in mid-2022 and will support about 430 jobs during construction and up to 500 ongoing roles once completed in 2024. A on-site display suite will open in September. There is now a call for interested tenants and this development will foster a broader up lift of opportunities across O'Connell St and beyond.

AEDA has given away 5,000 x $30 vouchers as part of our brand new ‘Dinner’s On Us’ promotion. Vouchers can will be used by the public at participating businesses in July and August 2021.
July will bring to an end our 'Adelaide Long Lunch Campaign' which since March has created over $383K of expenditure and fostered on average a double additional spend from each $30 voucher.
