No images? Click here Spectrum In The House On Tuesday the 5G SALE Act introduced in September by Rep. John Joyce, R-Pennsylvania, was passed out of House Energy and Commerce Committee. This proposal would give the FCC authority to release those licenses, allowing winners to expand their service areas. Until legislation is passed out of Congress to reauthorize the FCC’s spectrum authority, the US’s spectrum pipeline will continue to stagnate.
