at this point you're probably spending a little more time at home and away from groups or gatherings. lots of people are adjusting to working from home or going to school on their computer. and most likely your favorite gym or studio has been shut down. as we're being asked to practice social distancing, we don't have to stop everything or sacrifice our wellness. if anything we can dig in. slow down. create new habits or get creative and continue with those we love in a new way. well, i've always wanted my own yoga studio....and here we are! the INphyusion INhouse yoga sessions are happening online and you're invited. so are all your friends. the more the merrier. we'll be gathering together on zoom, together but apart, linked through asana. the schedule for 3/27-4-2 is as follows: monday and wednesday: 9am flow tuesday and thursday: 12pm flow friday: 4pm hearts & hips happy hour gentle flow saturday: 9am flow sunday: 9am calm & ground gentle flow classes are donation based and currently run 45 minutes long. i'm very open to offering classes of different lengths, styles, times, expanding the schedule, mediation, etc. going with the good old if you build it they will come strategy. PLEASE feel free to let me know what you want. it's very different to be teaching online but the classes i've been practicing with this week (to prep for you) have been really fun. this is all an experiment and i'm going to keep it simple. the process: 1) respond to this email or email jessica at inphyusion@gmail.com to book your class up to ONE HOUR before class begins. 2) you will receive an email with your link to class, as well as, both venmo/paypal payment options. and if you prefer another avenue we can make arrangements. 3) take a few moments before class to set up your space so you have room to move and see your computer. hooking up to a smart tv or bluetooth speaker can help improve sound once class begins. 4) be ready to have fun! share this with anyone and everyone who might be interested and let's practice together. IF YOU KNOW any first responders, hospital workers, or essential workers putting themselves out there PLEASE share this with them and let them know classes are on me. see you soon! |
