SA leading the charge in tourism recovery, new report showsAdelaide's tourism sector has rebounded from the impacts of the COVID-19 faster than any other major Australian city thanks to an influx of visitors to the CBD after dark and on weekends, a new industry report shows. The report, commissioned by the Tourism & Transport Forum (TTF), showed Adelaide’s total visitation numbers were at 86 per cent of pre-pandemic levels, ahead of Brisbane (74 per cent), Melbourne (71 per cent) and Sydney (67 per cent). Lucky Dumpling Market's Bao PlusBringing flavours from Taiwan to Adelaide were among the many reasons Hsin Cheng started a pop-up bao stall to compliment his bricks and mortar café, Astonish Patisserie. He said there was a lack of Taiwanese bao options and wanted to bring the traditional dish to the Adelaide market.
