Nominations are now open for the 2017 EWA Annual Awards!
If you know someone that deserves recognition for their success or contribution to the WA equestrian community, nominate them for an Award and they could be selected as one of the finalists recognised at the EWA Awards Night being held 2 February 2018.

SEC COMMUNITY FORUM
EWA, with the support of the City of Swan, will be holding a Community Engagement Forum at 6:30pm Monday 27 November at the State Equestrian Centre to discuss the venue and its place in the local community.
This is an opportunity for users of the SEC, as well as the general public, to learn more about the centre and assist in ensuring it has a bright and sustainable future for many years to come. MORE

EWA ANNUAL ELECTIONS VOTING OPEN
An election is taking place for the available EWA Board and Dressage WA Committee positions due to the number of nominations received being greater than the positions vacant.
All EWA members should have received an email with information on how to vote for their preferred Board candidate. Members who identified as Dressage supporters on their membership application will also receive a second email to vote for the Dressage Committee. If you haven’t received the email(s), please check your junk folder or contact EWA.
Voting closes 5:00pm Tuesday 21 November. Remember, your vote counts!

EA AGM & BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT
The Equestrian Australia Annual General Meeting was held in Sydney last Thursday, bringing together EA’s state branch members for an annual review of the organisation’s strategic direction. Changes to the Board have also occurred, with Gillian Rolton stepping down, and two new Directors - Suzanne Doyle and Colin Chantler - being appointed. MORE

EOI FOR 2018 NATIONAL COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
