Testimony from Student Environmental Auditors

It was a fantastic opportunity for them to widen their knowledge in the area and provide them with an unforgettable experience. Students of different backgrounds turned up and were true professionals on the day.
Joseph and Mia, two students who volunteered that day wrote about their experience.

Student Travel Survey
You are invited to fill in our Student Travel Survey. It is important for us to understand how you travel to, from and between the university campuses to help shape our future transport strategy.
Also, look out for the travel survey in the Travel Options Week. Different organisations from the transport sector, in Leeds and Yorkshire, are coming to campus. It will be the perfect opportunity to ask them questions and give them feedback about their services. See 'save the date' below for more details.

Recipe of the month
Roasted Jerusalem Artichokes With Braised Garlicky Kale
A seasonal vegetable, Jerusalem artichokes are a great combination with parsnip, pepper or even potatoes (not in that recipe). This roasted vegetable recipe will be well accompanied by a strong garlicy and kale flavour.
Serve while hot.
