A practical guide to the legal minefield around CCTV surveillance and the ICO and PoFA Code on Surveillance Cameras.

 

This course covers the management of all types of surveillance systems, not just CCTV but also ANPR, BWV (Body Worn Video), UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems), and Automated Recognition Technologies (often known as facial recognition systems). The Codes of Practice and guidance issued by the ICO and Surveillance Camera Commissioner, are addressed in a practical workshop suitable for all involved with these varied technologies
