Our Group Training content has recently been updated in line with our most recent release, Indigo SP2. If you’re a new user to Best Practice, let us introduce you to how Bp Premier works.
From the different billing workflows, to SMS reminder functions to adjustments and reversals, we will equip you with the foundational skills to use the software effectively.
Already comfortable with appointment booking and billing workflows? Don’t worry, we have a course for you too.
Learn how to add new users, configure your system correctly, maintain a clean database and much more through our advanced management session, designed to equip you with the skills to run your Practice both efficiently and effectively.
We also offer end to end training in the Clinical module, from basic navigation right through to care plans and chronic disease management, amongst many more topics.
Last but not least, our new course on Bp Comms has proven very popular. Learn how to use the Indigo SP1 Bp Comms components from setting it up in your Practice to how to use the functions when sending appointment reminders, Clinical communications and health awareness communications to your patients.
We are still taking registrations for both the Clinical and Management sessions in Adelaide (Bp Comms is sold out), starting on 7th May; and our Brisbane sessions commencing on 21st May.
