We have over 90 plots in various stages of construction, from foundations to internal fit out. Our first plots are due to be build complete in the summer. On site infrastructureThe site infrastructure remains on target to be completed in August. Residents may notice increased activity around the access to Crowthorne House as work commences to realign the access. This will include demolition of the existing access bridge. We do not expect these works to impact on local residents. SANGWorks to the SANG (Country Park) continue to progress very well, targeting substantial completion in late June, ready for review by the local authority. The remaining works focus on planting and installation of furniture and architectural features. Safety & SecurityOur site is patrolled by security including support from a canine team. We would however like to take this opportunity to remind residents that whilst all reasonable precautions are taken, building sites can seem exciting to children but they can be dangerous places. As ever, we would, therefore, ask parents to ensure their children are made aware of the dangers and are instructed not to enter site at any time, unless doing so under the full supervision of our site staff and wearing full personal protection equipment. The next residents update email will be issued in two weeks. |
