Reminder About Morning Carpool, Tardies, and Flag CeremonyA friendly reminder to arrive at school on time each morning! Please note that carpool takes place between 7:45am and 8:00am. We will need to close the doors at 8:00 in order to start school for the day. Students who arrive after 8:00 will be considered tardy and parents will need to sign for them in the office. On Fridays, please arrive for Flag Ceremony by 8:00 so we can begin the ceremony just a few minutes past the hour. Thank you! In Her Own Words: Powerful Story from a Current Parent about Her Family’s Journey to Beaches Episcopal SchoolOne of our incredible parents shared a moving story about her family's journey to BES during our Parent-Faculty Open House on September 12. Elisa Formoso, who is serving as the PSO Chair for the 2019-2020 school year, told her family's story to attendees about discovering BES and her children's subsequent experience at our school. Her husband, Ferdinand, serves as a member of the school's Board of Trustees, and their children, Nick and Teddy, are current students at BES. Click on the button below to read the full transcript of her message about her family's inspiring story. Send Us News about Your Family's Good Deeds in the CommunityThis week, we heard a heartwarming story of how the White Family, one of our alumni families, has been helping with hurricane relief in the Bahamas, so we shared it on our Facebook and Instagram pages. As we enter a season of giving, many of our families are out in the community serving others, and we would love to hear about it. If your student or family are involved in such an activity or event, please be so kind as to take a picture and email the image and a description of what happened to Dallas Skornia so that we can share and encourage those in our BES community. Part of our school's mission is to extend God's love to those around us, and we hope you'll keep us updated on how your family is doing just that.
