Jack Body Memorial

Jack Body memorial
10 May marked a year since the passing of Jack Body. SOUNZ is releasing films of Jack's memorial service over the course of this week via the SOUNZ Facebook page. A full concert page will be available on our website next week.

Saxcess - Entrance Music Composing Competition
Saxcess quartet is celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2017 and have announced a competition to compose entrance music for the beginning of their concerts.
Closing date: 30 May

Mozart Fellow
The University of Otago invites applications for the 2017 Mozart Fellowship from composers of demonstrated ability who are New Zealanders or normally resident in NZ.
Closing date: 1 June

Congratulations to the recipients of funding from the latest round of Creative New Zealand's Quick Response Grants. Quick Response Grants help NZ artists, arts practitioners and arts organisations to create and distribute their work.

The next round of the Grants is now open, closing date 15 July.
