(Rick Egan | The Salt Lake Tribune ) Angry residents react when the Utah County Commission meeting was adjourned before it even started, Wednesday, July 15, 2020, in Provo, Utah. The group protesting against face masks being required in schools removed the social distancing tape on the chairs and filled the Utah County Commission room to over flowing, prompting Commissioner Tanner Ainge to call for a vote to adjourn the meeting.

UMA's House of Delegates is going online this year  - September 11 & 12, 2020. UAFP has just a few spots left for delegates to represent family medicine.

To serve as a delegate, you must be both a member of UAFP and UMA. Please note: you do not have to be an experienced delegate to participate! You just need to be interested in legislative issues that affect your patients and your practice.

Testing by Race/Ethnicity Information Now Available on the Utah Coronavirus Website

Due to a community request, testing by race and ethnicity is now available to the public on the Case Counts page of the coronavirus website. You can find the information at https://coronavirus.utah.gov/case-counts/ in the Demographics tab. 

Have a Patient Diagnosed with COVID-19 While Out of State?

If a Utahn is diagnosed with COVID-19 in another state, the case can be reported to UDOH by faxing the information to 801-538-9923 or emailing results to reporting@utah.gov
