BES Boosterthon Fun Run Tomorrow at 8:30 a.m.! Enter Your Last Pledges Tonight!

BES Parents,

The BES Boosterthon Fun Run is tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. on the fields behind McCormick Hall and Hope Hall! We can’t wait to celebrate your students and cheer them on. You’re invited to join us for the fun!

PreK3-1st grade students will be running on the field closest to Hope Hall while 2nd-6th grade students will be running on the track on the artificial turf. 

With only one night before the Fun Run, make sure to enter your last few pledges on www.funrun.com tonight. Thank you again for supporting our school and helping us reach our fundraising goal!

BES Summer Camp to Showcase Special Themes Each Week and Feature Art, Cooking, Games, and Science!

If you're considering where to put your students for Summer Camp, BES is the place for you! Register your students now for 2017 BES Summer Camp! Children will "Live the Adventure" as they experience an enormous variety of exciting activities centered around amazing themes for each week of camp.

Summer Camp is open to all students entering PreK4 through sixth grade (students must be 4 years old by July 21, 2017 to attend as a PreK4 student). Students will be separated into two groups based on their rising grade level. One group will be comprised of PreK4 through first grade students while the other group will consist of second through sixth grade students.

Morning Only (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) and Full Day (9:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.) programs will be available for each week of camp.

BES Summer Camp 2017 Weeks:
June 12-16, June 19-23, July 10-14, July 17-21

Each week will feature activities based on a theme (Under the Sea, Princesses and Superheroes, Ooey Gooey Fun, and The Mighty Jungle) in the areas of Art, Cooking, Science, and Games. Discounts will be offered to Beaches Episcopal School students, and you can register week by week if you prefer.

Athletics Update

The Rays soccer team has been practicing hard! This past Tuesday’s game was rained out and will be rescheduled. Next Tuesday, our team will play at JCDS at 4:30 p.m. Check out the full soccer schedule for 2017 on our website's Athletics page. Come cheer on your Rays! GOOOAAAALLL!

Sign up for the Donna 5K at the TPC now! BES is a sponsor of this event and need a show of support. If you have a goal of completing a 5K, this is the perfect race to finish. Registration fills up fast, so sign up today by following this link!

ChurchChat: News from St. Paul's by-the-Sea Episcopal Church

The SPBTS weekly Chair Yoga class meets on Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. in the nursery over at the church. This class is open to everyone, and all skill levels are encouraged to attend!

Youth Bible Study is offered for 6th-12th grade students on Wednesday evenings at The Youth House. We hope your children will join us!
