KIDS EDITION - OUR SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM IS BACK!
Spring’s in swing and we’re super excited to announce the return of our school holiday program! We’ve had to cap numbers for classes, so register now to avoid disappointment!
Tuesday 29 September 10.30am - 12pm
Make sculptures of your favourite safari, jungle or farm animals using clay and paint. Every participant will take away their animal creations.
Tutor: David Capra
Age: 5-10 Cost: $9 per participant.
Tuesday 6 October 10.30am - 12pm
Using paper, pencils and crayons, students will create rubbings from a variety of textured surfaces in the historical FCMG grounds. These will then be cut and pasted into imagined collaged landscapes set in the future.

Age: 5-8 Cost: $9 per participant.
Wednesday 30 September 10.30am - 12pm
Learn to weave on a mini-cardboard loom. Create multicoloured creations ranging from bookmarks to wall hangings. Once you learn the basics the creative possibilities are endless!

Wednesday 7 October 10.30am - 12pm
Draw and paint your favourite toy or figurine in different settings in the gallery grounds and create an adventure storyboard for your chosen object.

Thursday 1 October 10.30am - 12pm
Learn how to create a vibrant image of an animal in a loose and energetic way using watercolour paint.
Tutor: Svetlana Panov
Age: 11-16 Cost: $9 per participant.
Thursday 8 October 10.30am - 12pm
Dive under the sea with master baker Karina Santillan by making and decorated your own sea inspired cupcakes. Every participant will take away their own creations.

Friday 2 October 10.30am - 12pm
How has the pandemic made us feel? Let's have fun and construct a hanging rainbow sculpture that inspires happiness and hope in a bright colourful world.

Friday 9 October 10.30am - 12pm
Have you ever seen a monster? Come and create your own! Learn simple clay making techniques and let your imagination go wild.
Tutor: Marietta Zafirakos
Age: 6-12 Cost: $9 per participant.

Register for workshops at fcmg.eventbrite.com.au. Booking fees are included in the listed prices. Any cancellations made less than 4 days before workshop date will forfeit a refund. Payment is required to secure your place and must be received at least 24 hours before the workshop. No refunds for missed classes.
