To:       King Street (Sydney) employees

From:  Matt Hanrahan, Deputy National CEO

Thank you to everyone who has provided feedback regarding the three month Hot Desking Trial starting today Monday May 31st.

This update provides more details and answers to some frequently asked questions.

As part of the trial:

  • Desks not being used by staff on their scheduled work from home days will be made available for hot desking.
  • Hot desks will be allocated to new employees and employees who do not regularly work at the King Street Office.

During the trial, thank you for considering others by:

  • Adhering to your scheduled work in office / work from home days
  • Maintaining stringent infection control by cleaning your desk space before and after use and regularly washing your hands
  • Clearing your desk and removing all personal items after use each day
  • Keeping your personal items in your under-desk drawer
  • Labelling your desk drawer with your name and locking it to secure your items
  • For more details, see the Frequently Asked Questions and Answers.
