Prerequisite: Must have taken a Mastering your Higher Self workshop with Jackie
We live in a time where it is easy to get distracted from our spiritual practice, which is what helps maintain harmony in our lives. Maintaining this higher frequency requires not only dedication and commitment but consistency as well.
It has been proven that you could raise your vibration and reach higher states of consciousness faster in group settings with like minded spiritual individuals. This is why the Mastering Your Higherself Circle was created. This will be a sacred place to continue to find support and encouragement while exploring more ways to add to your spiritual growth. At the Circle, we will meditate together, work in the Sacred temple with our higher self, share situations for group work, and explore higher dimensions in a safe loving environment.

Joy and Connection Series

The Joy and Connection
Series will comprise of workshops which will follow a holistic approach of engaging the mind, body and soul. Each course will inform on a particular topic, incorporate body movement and build on our connection with our inner-self and others all with a sense of Joy.
This month’s topic will be “Astrology (101) – Fun for All”. In this workshop we will cover the 12 basic signs, planets and houses and how astrology can provide a basis to help you figure out this crazy life we’re living. We will also discuss the upcoming Mercury Retrograde (which begins on February 17) and the March Full Worm Moon in Libra the harbinger of Spring!
This will be followed by simple flow movements to honor Mother Moon and finish with a meditation using a moonstone crystal (small moonstone will be provided)

-Learn how to work with Oracle cards to quickly receive guidance from your Spirit

Workshop consists of lectures, discussions and interactive exercises which will address the following topics:

Sound Bath Meditation with Aromatherapy

Experience the vibrational tones of Angel and Solfeggio tuning forks, gong, Native American hand drum/flute and singing bowls during this meditation. These beautiful vibrational sounds will produce a relaxing, hypnotic effect on the brain, slowing down brain waves and inducing a deep meditative state. We will introduce essential oils during this sound bath to increase the hypnotic effect and enhance the body energetically, spiritually and physically. This will be followed by a discussion afterwards. Open to all, no meditation experience necessary. Cushions and chairs are supplied, or you can bring a yoga mat to lie down on the floor.
