Does that Star-Spangled Banner Yet Wave?

I find it particularly interesting and fascinating that the first stanza of the Star-spangled Banner (the verse that is sung as the national anthem of the United States of America) ends with a question, "...does that star-spangled banner yet wave o'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?"

According to history.com, Francis Scott Key, a lawyer and poet, had good reason to pose the question. On September 3, 1814, he and John Stuart Skinner, were on a mission to secure the release of prisoners who had been captured during the war against the British. Whether you plan to send your child everyday, or just a day here and there throughout the summer, FLAG Camp is a great choice when it comes to affordable childcare.  We provide a safe, fun, and wholesome environment for children grades K-8. FLAG Camp is held in the Pathfinder Building on the campus of Andrews University now through August 4, 2016 (No Camp July 4).
