Visioning the Outdoors

Up a Tree by John McGrath, Visioning the Outdoors 2017 entry

Hi there,

While for many it was quite a wet few days, we do hope you had a lovely, happy, safe and outdoorsy break over Easter, and have come back revived and re-inspired to spend more time outdoors and to enjoy the best that the Queensland environment has to offer.

Here at QORF and Nature Play QLD we are as busy as always with staff travelling around the state catching up with the sector and attending various meetings. We are also attending The Outdoor Council of Australia AGM and the Outdoors Victoria conference.

And, of course, there is also the election on May 18. Does your preferred party or politician have good intentions when it comes to the outdoors, healthy outdoor activity, climate change and the environment?
