Collectively and individually, we have multiple layers and stories that make us who we are and while each year 1 in 5 Canadians experience a mental illness or mental health issue, 5 in 5 of us - that's all people - have mental health. Check out what to expect with this year's Mental Health Week and how you can participate. Share Your Mental Health StoryDo you have a recovery story to share about your journey with a mental illness? This #MentalHealthWeek let's remember that these stories can provide great comfort, hope and encouragement to those who are struggling with their mental health. Sharing your story can also help reduce the stigma associated with mental illness.
