The requirements in the Direction apply to disability service providers. The Direction and other information about contact tracing is available on the South Australian Government website. Wearing a face mask in the disability support environmentThis new Direction requires that, at all times when in the physical presence of other people on the premises, a face mask must be worn that covers the nose and mouth. This includes all staff, contractors, residents, visitors, and anyone else who is in or visits a disability support environment; however, some exceptions apply. Please read the Direction for full details. Please ensure you, your workers, the people you support and all people who enter the premises are aware of and are assisted to follow this Direction.
