Welcome PHINS!

This is Luke, Bella, and Raven – students on the NSOAI intern team. We will be in touch with you throughout the summer and NSO!

We hope you all are having an amazing summer! See below for information regarding training, move-in, and further communications.

• PHINS move-in will be on Saturday, August 19 starting at 2pm, and in-person training will be on Sunday, August 20.
   
• Traditional NSO will run from Wednesday, August 23 to Monday, August 28.
   
• Mandatory PHINS group meetings will occur on Thursday, August 24.
   
• Philadelphia Museum of Art (PMA) event will occur on Saturday, August 26.

PHINS Move-In

PHINS should move into their College Houses on Saturday, August 19 starting at 2pm. 

You may have received an email from Penn Residential Services about selecting your move-in time. Please disregard that email as our office will be sponsoring you to move-in early. You do not need to take any action at this time.

PHINS Training

Optional Summer Virtual Training

There will be a virtual training for PHINS on Tuesday, July 18. This will include helpful information about your role and shifts. More information to come soon! 

Mandatory In-Person Training

The in-person training will be held on Sunday, August 20. At this training PHINS shirts, nametags, and merch will be distributed.
