Collaboration in action

As part of this effort, Vigon recently hosted Flavorist Cathianne Leonardi, who led a virtual evaluation session with volunteer Flavorists selected by the FlavScents team. The group reviewed a range of materials and shared valuable insights that will be used to further enrich the FlavScents online database.

Recently, members of the Vigon team volunteered at the AWSOM Animal Shelter in Stroudsburg, PA. The team spent the day cleaning kennels and caring for the dogs. This hands-on effort included teamwork, laughter, and plenty of wagging tails.

During our visit, the team noticed that some of the equipment was worn out, and we felt inspired to help. Together, we raised over $1,000 to provide the high‑quality tools they need. These upgrades will help AWSOM staff work more efficiently, allowing them to focus their time and energy on what matters most: caring for the animals.

2026 started with two new sustainability achievements: a CDP rating of A-, placing us in the Leadership category, and an EcoVadis Gold rating. CDP evaluates how companies manage environmental impacts such as climate change and resource use, while EcoVadis assesses broader ESG performance: environmental, social, and governance practices that reflect how responsibly a business operates.

These recognitions build on our top industry rating from Sustainalytics and our MSCI AA ESG rating, which highlight strong risk management, governance, and long-term resilience. Together, these independent third-party assessments reinforce our position as a sustainability leader and give customers confidence that they are working with a transparent, reliable partner committed to responsible business practices.
