Newly Accredited Show Jumping Judges Clinic

EA with the assistance of the National Jumping Committee conducted a forum and Train-the-Trainer accreditation day held in Sydney in December. 2015 Queensland Dressage Education Forum

Australian FEI5* judge Susie Hoevenaars will headline Queensland’s Dressage Education Forum on Saturday 7 February 2015.

The one day forum will cover topics such as the training scale, the importance of contact and a discussion on the key elements of EA tests in terms of why particular movements are asked for and what do they demonstrate to the judge.  FEI 5* judge Mary Seefried will also be hosting a panel discussion and a separate session dealing with rules, penalties and equipment issues. FEI Vaulting Stewards Course

EA will be hosting an FEI Vaulting Stewards Course on the 23rd – 25th  April in Sydney (NSW). The course, conducted by Frank Spadinger (AUT) is for promotion to FEI Level 1 and a refresher for existing FEI Level 1 and 2 Vaulting Stewards. Observers eg. FEI Eventing Officials & Stewards Course

EA will be conducting an FEI Eventing Officials Course and an FEI Stewards Course in conjunction with the Melbourne International Horse Trials from 5-8th  June 2015. Eric Winter (GBR) has been appointed as the overall Course Director. The Eventing Officials course will be open for Eventing Course Designers, Technical Delegates and Dressage Judges. FEI Advanced Course for Endurance Official Veterinarians

Equestrian Australia (EA) has received an invitation from the Equestrian Association of Malaysia, inviting Australian Officials to attend an FEI Advanced Course for Official Veterinarians (EOV) 3* & 4*on the 2nd & 3rd February 2015 held in Kuala Terengganu (MAS). FEI Driving Course

FIRST AID

All EA coaches are reminded that they must ensure their First Aid Qualification is current at all times. All EA coaches need to have completed thier Apply First Aid Certificate with the CPR component.
