The Tent 2021
The Junior High students from Ruth Murdoch Elementary School will hold The Tent meetings on Friday, May 14 through 22, 2021. Meetings take place every night, except Tuesday. We invite you to support our kids by watching and invite a friend or family member to watch too, so they can get to know Jesus better.
Offering for May 15, 2021
We can talk about being “on fire” as a good thing. But when flames and
fire trucks appear, a church on fire is never good news! This is exactly what
one of our North American churches experienced.
Once the fire was out and the immediate crisis over, the church members met
to make plans for how to meet the emergency. They gave offering appeals for
repairs. The work of restoration began at once.
Children Sabbath School is Back!
Families interested in attending Sabbath School in person are invited to apply now for our Summer 1 groups for kids and parents. New families welcome! Safety guidelines apply. Parent volunteers needed. Text "SUMMERSS" to 269-28-12345 or register your child below. Wait until Summer 2 if you will be away for more than one sabbath from May 15 to June 26 as we will need to take turns with limited capacity. Weekly Sabbath School videos and monthly outdoor adventures will continue through the Summer.
Lead a Grow Group!
Summer is almost here, and with it comes a great opportunity to lead a Grow Group! The summer session is a fantastic time to take advantage of the best weather Michigan has to offer by leading outdoor activity groups or taking any type of group outside for some fresh air and sunshine!
Grow Groups are Pioneer's small groups that incorporate 5 S's: Shared interest, Spiritual touchpoint, Service project, Social event, Semester-based. Grow Groups are for EVERYONE—church members and non-members, locals and non-locals alike are welcome to join.
