National Wireless Safety Alliance Announces Board of Governors Appointments

Join Credentialing Organization’s Leadership Team 

(Salt Lake City, UT) – The National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) announced today that Josh Case, Senior Safety Manager at Crown Castle, and Andy Sams, Vice President of Wireless Operations at Ansco & Associates, have been appointed as members of the organization’s Board of Governors.

In their roles as members of the Board of Governors, Case and Sams will work with representatives from a broad cross-section of industry who are tasked with recommending NWSA policy and overseeing the activities of various committees to ensure continuous improvement of industry safety and quality.

Josh Case
As Senior Safety Manager at Crown Castle, Josh Case leads a team that focuses on working with contractors to improve their safety culture. Josh has over 28 years of telecommunications industry experience which spans the areas of operations, construction, project management and quality assurance. His career in telecom began as a tower technician in the 90s working mostly on structural modification and tower erection projects. Eventually this path led him to his current role at Crown Castle. 

Andy Sams
As Vice President of Wireless Operations at Ansco & Associates, Andy leads enterprise-scale wireless infrastructure programs across the company’s service regions with a firm commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism. With over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, Andy has built a reputation for delivering operational excellence, client satisfaction, and uncompromising safety performance. Known for his hands-on leadership and field-first mindset, Andy prioritizes crew safety, regulatory integrity, and client satisfaction.
