Click here 30 September 2021 Dear Resident or Family Member, RE: NSW Aged Care Facilities - Easing of visitor restrictions from October 11, 2021 Yesterday the NSW Premier advised that visitor restrictions for NSW aged care facilities will be relaxed from Monday 11 October 2021. For many of our residents and families who have not seen their loved ones face-to-face in over three months, this comes as very welcome news. What does this mean for residents and families?Formal guidelines are yet to be released from NSW Health, however as we move towards 11 October 2021 we wish to provide our NSW residents and their families with a brief update. The two points that are clear from yesterday’s announcement are, that from Monday 11 October:
We expect to receive further information from NSW Health over the course of the next week. Calvary will adjust visitor restrictions in line with NSW Health and local LGA’s restrictions that may be in place.
