Register for BES Summer Camp Registration Now Through the ESJ Summer Programs WebsiteOnline registration is now open for our 2020 BES Summer Camp program! This year, due to the July merger with Episcopal School of Jacksonville, our day camp will fall under ESJ Summer Programs, and can be accessed through the "ESJ Summer" website. Students rising into PreK4 through third grade in the fall of 2020 may participate in our camp program this year. This year and going forward, the Beaches summer camp program will be known as Lower School Day Camp - Beaches Campus. The camp provides an exciting mix of age-appropriate outdoor and indoor activities with teachers affiliated with our school. Campers will enjoy playing games, creating fun arts and crafts, participating in music, IDEAStudio and science activities, and having fun with new friends. Each week’s program focuses on a particular theme. As an added bonus, each Friday is Water Day, a fun time to celebrate summer together on Hixon Field with a variety of water activities. Camp dates: June 1-5, June 8-12, June 15-19, June 22-26 Grades offered: Rising PreK4 through Grade 3 Camp costs: Morning Only Program (8:30a-12p): The camp offers a Morning Program that runs from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.. Parents may also select an optional extended care Full Day Program for their students through 3:00 p.m. Students staying in extended care should bring a lunch from home. Camp staff will provide snacks. Dallas Skornia, Director of Summer Camps at the Beaches Campus, will oversee the camp. Parents may walk their students in for drop off between 8-8:30 a.m. each morning and pick up their students at either 12 p.m. (Morning Program) or 3 p.m. (Full Day Program). Summer Camp Registration BES Offers Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities for the 2020 BES Parent Social and Athletic ProgramsOver the years, we have been blessed with tremendous support from a variety of corporate sponsors, and we thank all who have given so generously. To better serve our community more effectively, we have implemented new guidelines for corporate sponsorships. Please look at the BES Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities for the 2020 Parent Social and Athletic Programs. This will be sent home in backpacks today as well. The sponsorships included in this package will end in June of 2020 so that we can align our sponsorship offerings with the academic year. With the merger of BES and ESJ, the BES Corporate Sponsor program will be offered as part of ESJ’s Corporate Partner program, which operates July 1 to June 30. Sponsorship dollars for BES events will be designated for the BES campus as always, but sponsors will be able to gain exposure to the entire Episcopal School of Jacksonville community if they wish. Because of the change to an academic year program, the following sponsorships will be available after the merger with Episcopal School of Jacksonville is complete:
Look for the comprehensive list of ESJ sponsorship opportunities to be mailed in July. Contact Stacy Nash in the Development Office with any questions or to become a sponsor for this coming year.
