Boosterthon Pledge Payments Due Now!

Parents,

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Boosterthon Fun Run.  We still have outstanding pledges and ask that they be turned in no later than Monday, April 24th.  We are excited about exceeding our goal and to celebrate we have Kona Ice coming to our school from 2:30-3:00pm on Friday, April 28th!

All outstanding pledges should be turned in by Monday!  Make sure that pledge money is labeled with student and teacher name.  Checks can be made out to Beaches Episcopal School.  Also, sponsors can pay online if they entered their email address on www.funrun.com

Thank you for your participation in this year's Boosterthon Fun Run!  Your support of BES had been incredible, and we are grateful!

BES Summer Camp Filling Up! Register Now!

If you're considering where to put your students for Summer Camp, now is the time to sign up for the best program in Jacksonville! Register your students now for 2017 BES Summer Camp! Rising PreK4 through sixth grade students will "Live the Adventure" as they experience an enormous variety of exciting activities centered around amazing themes for each week of camp.

Morning Only (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) and Full Day (9:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.) programs will be available for each week of camp.

BES Summer Camp 2017 Weeks:
June 12-16, June 19-23, July 10-14, July 17-21

Each week will feature activities based on a theme (Under the Sea, Princesses and Superheroes, Ooey Gooey Fun, and The Mighty Jungle) in the areas of Art, Cooking, Science, and Games. Discounts will be offered to Beaches Episcopal School students, and you can register week by week if you prefer.

Athletics Update

The Rays soccer season is in full swing.  Just a friendly reminder that the team will have pratice on Hixon Field today.  

We have two exciting games coming up next week.  The Rays will play San Jose Episcopal School at Earl Johnson Park on Monday followed by a much anticipated game against St. Marks Episcopal School at Episcopal's Knight Field on Tuesday.  Game time will be at 5:00pm and we would love to have you come out and support the team.

The Rays Athletic Banquet is scheduled for Monday, May 15th.  If you have participated in a sport this year, you are invited to attend.  Further information and details will be sent out at a later date. 

Sign up for the Donna 5K at the TPC now! BES is a sponsor of this event and need a show of support. If you have a goal of completing a 5K, this is the perfect race to finish. Registration fills up fast, so sign up today by following this link!

ChurchChat: News from St. Paul's by-the-Sea Episcopal Church

The SPBTS weekly Chair Yoga class meets on Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. in the nursery over at the church. This class is open to everyone, and all skill levels are encouraged to attend! 

Youth Bible Study is offered for 6th-12th grade students on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm at The Youth House. We hope your children will join us!

Adult Bible Study is also available at 9:30am followed by Communion at 10:30am on Wednesdays.  For more information, please contact the church office.
