Dear Regent families,

As we ready for Term 4, please take time to read and note the following - 

• TERM 4. Students return this MONDAY 10th October. The final day of school for 2016 is Friday 9th December (Kindergarten to Year 6).​
• SUMMER UNIFORM. Students return for Term 4 wearing their summer uniform - although PE uniform on Monday (Years 1-6).
• UNIFORM SHOP. The uniform shop will be open this Wednesday from 8:15-10:30am, as required. 
• NO ASSEMBLY. There is no formal assembly during the first week of term.
• EXHIBITION OF LEARNING (EOL). The EOL is scheduled for this Thursday 13th October - please see details below. 

• STUDENT FREE DAY. There is a student free day scheduled for Friday 28th October (Friday of Week 3) to enable all staff to participate in a professional learning day with a focus on Mathematics.

WELCOME

Dear families,

The second Regent College Exhibition of Learning is this coming Thursday. The College invites and requests that all students and families attend this occasion. Hopefully the family friendly time slot makes this achievable. 

AUDIENCE Kindergarten to Year 6 students and immediate families of Regent College are the target invite. That is, students, siblings, mum and dad. The College cannot safely accommodate the volume associated with extended family and friends. Please no pets. 

PURPOSE The purpose of the evening is for students to walk parents through some of the recent learning. There will be opportunities for hands-on involvement. 

UNIFORM As this is a school event, Regent students are required to wear their formal summer uniform (Kindergarten and Pre-primary summer uniforms).

PARKING Think ahead and be legally creative. A short walk may be required.

THE DETAILS

• THURSDAY 13th OCTOBER commencing at 6:15pm sharp on the College oval.
• PICNIC Families are invited and encouraged to meet on the school oval from 5:45pm and enjoy a picnic dinner, before the formalities begin. Just pack your favourite foods or pre-order from our food options (See below). There will be sufficient lighting.
• COMMENCING 6:15PM SHARP there will be some student items, including the College choir. It is important that students are on time. 
• Following the picnic, families will be directed to view and participate in some of the exhibition displays.
• The evening will aim to conclude at 8:00pm.

NEW 2016. Food options.

Following the postponement of the Exhibition of Learning to this new date, families are still able to place an order for either biryani or hamburgers. Final orders must be in to College Administration by 4pm Tuesday 11th October (this Tuesday). Food order forms available through administration.
