Leeds Beckett switches to triple-certified coffee supplier
Our university has switched to Matthew Algie, a triple-certified coffee supplier. This is a positive step forward for our supply chain as Matthew Algie puts sustainability very high on their agenda.
We interviewed Amy Oroko, their sustainability manager who enlightened us on Matthew Algie. We discussed sustainability, their three certifications, and their long-term strategy.
"Certifications aren't badges, they're principles."
|
Matthew Algie has three certifications to its name: Rainforest alliance, Fairtrade and Organic.
