PARCKA is committed to undergraduate, graduate, peer, and community education around unhealthy substance use and addiction. A major part of fulfilling this commitment is our Medication Assisted Treatment – Buprenorphine (MAT-BUP) Waiver Trainings. PARCKA MAT-BUP Trainings are facilitated by PARCKA Director Dr. Adam Gordon and PARCKA Education Director Dr. Elizabeth Howell. PARCKA continues to increase safe buprenorphine prescribing and practice by expanding the number of waiver trained medical providers both locally and nationwide.
