Facility Maintenance Support for Missouri's Charter Schools The Missouri General Assembly 'Truly Agreed to and Finally Passed' House Bill 2, the House's appropriations bill. For the first time, appropriations include $5 million for charter public school deferred maintenance. Here is the language (Page 8, Section 2.092):
