We welcome the appointment of leading sommelier, William Wilson, Beverage Operations and Cellar Manager, to our ICC Sydney team. William, as one of Australia's first certified sommeliers, will bring almost 30 years' experience to deliver innovative wine and beverage experiences across Culinary Services operations and will support its industry-first Feeding Your Performance approach...
