VPD Holiday Season Closure/Hours of Operation

Dec. 23, 2019 - OPEN - 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Dec. 24, 2019 - CLOSED

Dec.  25, 2019 - CLOSED

Dec. 26, 2019 - CLOSED

Dec. 27, 2019 - OPEN - 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Dec. 30, 2019 - OPEN - 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Dec. 31, 2019 - CLOSED

Jan. 1, 2020 - CLOSED

Jan. 2, 2020 - OPEN - 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Jan. 3, 2020 - OPEN - 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Vaccine Pick-Ups:

  • Orders delivered to satellite offices on Dec. 18 must be picked up by Dec. 20
  • There will be NO vaccine deliveries to satellite offices the weeks of Dec. 23 and Dec. 30. Pickup at the satellite offices will resume Jan. 8.
  • You must send in your vaccine order by Wednesday, Dec. 18 if you need vaccine pick-up on Dec. 23, Dec. 27, Dec. 30, Jan. 2, and Jan 3. Pick-up at the Thorold location only

Vaccine Deliveries:

  • Be sure to submit your vaccine order by the date specified in order to receive delivery

Niagara Falls/NOTL - submit vaccine order by Wednesday, Dec. 4 to receive delivery by Tuesday, Dec. 10

Grimsby/Beamsville/Smithville - submit vaccine order by Thursday, Dec. 5 to receive delivery by Wednesday, Dec. 11. Only one delivery for the month of Dec.

Welland/Fonthill/Pelham - submit vaccine order by Wednesday, Dec. 11 in order to receive delivery by Tuesday, Dec. 17

Thorold - submit vaccine order by Wednesday, Dec. 11 in order to receive delivery by Tuesday, Dec. 17

Fort Erie - submit vaccine order by Thursday, Dec. 12 in order to receive delivery by Wednesday, Dec. 18

Port Colborne - submit vaccine order by Thursday, Dec. 12 in order to receive delivery by Wednesday, Dec. 18

St. Catharines - submit vaccine delivery order by Wednesday, Dec. 18 to receive delivery by Tuesday, Jan. 7
