The Yoga and Sleep Retreats celebrate a decade this year.  In the spring of 2010, we hosted our first Yoga & Sleep Retreat at Lisnavagh House. Surrounded by Lisnavagh wood land and beautiful views of Mount Leinster, our guests continue to step out of their busy lives to rest and recuperate with us.  We are hugely grateful to everyone who has supported us over the past decade and in the coming years, we greatly look forward to introducing new guests to Lisnavagh House.

Yoga Immersion Retreat

Thursday, 5th to Sunday, 8th March

This extended weekend is an opportunity to experience a personal insight into rebalancing through the yoga sutras and widening your understanding through discussion topics immersing into the philosophy and all that there is to know and love about yoga, meditation, yamas and niyamas.  Experience gentle guidance into periods of silence during the weekend to de-muddle the mind and to create head space. During the weekend there will be mindful eating exercises, a cookery demo and a guided nature walk through the natural woodlands of Lisnavagh.  All inclusive price guides (residential) €525 - €720 per person single occupancy. Daily attendance (inc evening meal) €380 per person (four days).

Whether you are looking for a private space, a management team away day, a client retreat or a fun packed day of activities, Lisnavagh House provides a unique, atmospheric venue, that won’t be soon forgotten by your attendees.

Offering private meetings and conferences for 3 to 150 delegates, there are different options for day delegates or for those spending the night, but the most exciting part is the option to include outdoor pursuits to complement your private event. These include clay shooting, falconry, creative workshops and many other unique activities.

The romantic charm of Lisnavagh House lies in the family home atmosphere; full of character, history and beauty. The glorious parkland, pleasure grounds and woodlands are yours to enjoy. Wander around and visit the horses and ponies or enjoy a quiet moment by the roaring wood fire in the Library. For the true country house experience, a long weekend spent celebrating with family and friends at the estate is an absolute must.
