Dear Parents,

The annual Boosterthon Fun Run program is officially underway! Students have already started gathering pledges for every lap they will run (30-35 laps), and we’ll celebrate at the Fun Run on Friday, April 27 at 8:30 a.m. on Hixon Field behind McCormick Hall. Our goal is to raise $12,500 for teacher wish lists as well as installing pavers in the grass courtyard at McCormick Hall so that our students can enjoy working outside on beautiful Florida days.

Please help our school by reaching out to sponsors and then entering your pledges on www.funrun.com. Our school code is 451-298. All families are invited to come out and cheer on your students at the Fun Run!

Online registration for the 2018 BES Summer Camp continues, and we want your students to join their friends and be part of this wonderful experience! The deadline to register is May 1st, so act now!

Soccer:
Tuesday, we played one of San Jose Episcopal Day School's soccer teams. I am proud of the teamwork our athletes displayed during the game. Every player contributed to our win. It was a lot of fun!

This year’s team has a good number of sixth grade students on it, and it is exciting to see the friendship bonds that have formed throughout the season. I am grateful for all our players’ hard work and dedication. We have a bye next Tuesday. We will make up our rained out game on Thursday, April 26th.

Vacation Bible School
Join us for another great week of VBS, July 16-20 from 9am-12pm as we learn about Jesus and his love for us! We will play games, sing songs, make crafts and so much more. Come dressed in your tropical attire to enjoy this fun and casual service at 11:30am on Sunday’s. We’ll celebrate the Eucharist, and enjoy beautiful Steel Drum Music.

Join us for yoga every Wednesday at 11:30am! Bring your mat if you have one to enjoy a relaxing yoga class for all skill levels and ages.
