FREE Mammograms Available Through PA's HealthyWoman Program

If you need a mammogram, but you don’t have insurance or you have limited insurance, the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s HealthyWoman program is here to help. HealthyWoman offers free clinical breast exams, mammograms and follow-up exams for women in Pennsylvania between the ages of 40 and 64.**

You must live in Pennsylvania to qualify for the HealthyWoman Program. HealthyWoman does not apply to women enrolled in Medicare Part B, Medicaid or an HMO because they are already covered by their insurance. **women under the age of 40 who are symptomatic or women over 64 who are not covered by Medicare are also covered by the HealthyWoman program
