Hello Golfers!

We hope everyone is staying safe during these unprecedented times.  We are very hopeful that our event will proceed as planned on June 19th - 21st.

However, with the current restrictions this would prove difficult without some type of adaptation to the tournament.  Therefore, we found it necessary to have a make-up date in place for this year's event so if restrictions are not lifted the tournament may still take place. 
The make-up date will be August 14th - 16th

The announcement will be made on June 5th whether or not  to move the date of the tournament.

Due to the uncertainty we are asking that everyone wait to pay their entry fee until your arrival at Down River Golf Course the weekend of the tournament or after June 5th.

If we are forced to use the make-up date, we will be calling all those who have already signed up to ensure they are till able to play.

ELIGIBILITY

• Last year's competing teams have priority
• Tournament open to amateurs 18 years or older
• Committee reserves the right to withhold prizes to any ineligible player

FORMAT

• Practice rounds may be played any time after entry fee is paid
• Any team that would like to qualify for the championship flight may do so between May 1 & June 10
• All other teams will be place in flights by handicap and/or past performance in this event.  These teams will receive 2 practice rounds
• The Committee reserves the right to place any team in any flight
• Call the Pro Shop for tee times 814-652-5193 ext. 10
• All flights 18 holes Saturday & Sunday: 36 hole stroke play event
• In case of inclement weather, the Committee reserves the right to shorten the number of hole of competition
• All ties in all flights will play off for first place only
• All other ties will split prizes

*Down River Golf Course Members will receive $20 off their Entry Fee
