New Year Communion Celebration

Join us this Sabbath—in person or online—to celebrate the gift (at last) of the New Year. Let’s collectively welcome God’s fresh offer of forgiveness and salvation through joyful participation in the Lord’s Supper.

As we have during this pandemic, we will participate with actual emblems of bread and wine, with the elements prepackaged for your safety. You may pick up these packaged elements at the church office in advance, or receive them as you arrive for New Year worship (9:00 AM/11:45 AM) on Sabbath.

But how will we celebrate foot washing? We're inviting families and friends to experience Jesus' example in John 13 by washing each other's feet Friday evening where you live. Why not make this foot washing a part of your Friday evening worship as we gather across this community on New Years Day to welcome the Lord of the Sabbath into our homes at sundown?

Then Sabbath morning through music, prayer, the reading, and reflections from the Word (“X-ing Out 2020 @ the Lord’s Supper”) let's throw wide our hearts to the Christ we love to worship. "Do this in remembrance of Me" (Luke 22:19).

"The Christmas Story"

If you happened to miss our online premiere on Christmas Eve, you can now view it on-demand. The program features Dr. Kenneth Logan on the organ, Mr. William Fagal, tenor, and Ms. Sinegugu Katenga, soprano. The Media Department wishes to thank the volunteers who helped film and prepare the program for airing.
