On the 5th of August, we emailed to introduce you to Calvary Supplier Central - see here for the communication. A key benefit of Calvary Supplier Central is the ability to collect Supplier compliance certificates, insurances and licenses, as well as proof of COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination proof is uploaded by suppliers for Calvary staff to check when screening entry to Calvary premises. Suppliers have been asked to supply proof of their first COVID-19 vaccination in the portal by 17 September for suppliers servicing aged care, and 1 November for suppliers servicing hospital and Calvary Community Care. To enable your staff to access and check supplier's proof of COVID-19 vaccination, we would appreciate on receipt of this message that you email a list of staff members who are responsible for screening supplier entry to each Calvary facility, including the staff member's name and email address with 'Screening Staff ' in the subject line to: nationalprocurement@calvarycare.org.au We shall then be in touch with each staff member to provide details of how to access Calvary Supplier Central to check relevant details for suppliers. If you have any questions about Calvary Supplier Central screening process please email nationalprocurement@calvarycare.org.au with 'Screening Question' in the subject line and visit the website at www.calvaryprocurement.org.au Kind regards, Corey Bessi | Head of Procurement Founded in 1885 by the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, Calvary is a charitable, not-for-profit, Catholic health care organisation.
