Broken Shift Allowance Implementation No images? Click here
Broken Shift Allowance Implementation Dear Colleagues, Recently, the new broken shift allowance under the Support Workers Enterprise Agreement 2019 has come into effect. As you have been identified as having worked a broken shift since the first pay period after 1 July 2021, you will be paid a broken shift allowance for those occasions. The payment for your broken shifts worked prior to today will be processed today and future broken shifts will be paid in your normal pay cycle (as applicable). What does this mean for me? You will now be paid a broken shift allowance of $10.13 per broken shift worked. Who can I ask if I want to know more? If you have any questions and would like to discuss this further, we encourage you to please email payrollservicedesk@calvarycare.org.au Founded in 1885 by the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, Calvary is a charitable, not-for-profit, Catholic health care organisation.
