Winter 2018 - #TimesUp

Dear newsletter subscriber,
Depending on what website you read, the years 2017, 2018 and 2020 have all been declared The Year of the Woman. And despite a deluge of bad news in 2017, women have stepped forward to make their voices known and to declare in so many words, we're not going to take it anymore (see the Time's Up manifesto). Issues ranging from a lack of representation in the C-suite and government (and what to do about it), to the continued wage gap, and how to change office culture are in the forefront of everyone's minds. Right now, it truly seems we are poised for a second sexual revolution.

With that in mind, this month's newsletter is full of inspiring articles, research and organizations you might want to know about. Enjoy the reading and let us know how we can help you on your leadership journey.
