Introducing our Large Torque Sensor
Based on our expertise for these systems Datum Electronics are introducing the LTS range to our customers requiring to accurately measure Torques from 40kNm up to 500kNm. The LTS [Large Torque Sensor] systems are designed using flanged coupling spacers to allow for simple and efficient inline installation. Datum Electronics have designed a standard range for the LTS systems to allow customers to easily plan and integrate the LTS range into their own test stands.
World Maritime Forum Success
We had a fantastic time at the end of February at the World Maritime Forum. It was great to see so many engaged members of the industry thinking and talking about how they use their data and how we can work together to make their data insights better.
The event also gave Dave the opportunity to talk with our partner Niels Riber from Nordtech A/S. Catching up with our network is one of the benefits of attending shows like this, helping to grow our global relationships.

Datum join SMI community
We recently joined the Society of Maritime Industries known as the SMI. SMI is a trade association for the UK’s maritime engineering, science and technology community.
It enables maritime organisations of all types and sizes to thrive through annual conferences, overseas events and trade missions, helping to deliver meaningful collaborations throughout the year.
