Click here Support for CAPLAW: Membership Dues Increase Dear CAPLAW Member, CAPLAW is pleased to report that over the past several years, we’ve experienced an ongoing increase in demand for our services and assistance, with the most recent spike CAPLAW is committed to providing our Community Action members with critical legal analysis that furthers compliance, accountability and excellence throughout our network. Our resources, trainings, and guidance are developed with the specific needs of Community Action Agencies in mind. Our analysis incorporates the unique federal and state grant laws, governance requirements, nonprofit corporate law, tax issues, and employment rules that apply to Community Action. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch legal services to the network at exceptional value, especially compared to the costs of a traditional law firm. To sustain and grow our services, CAPLAW needs greater financial support from our members.
