Good morning friend, here is today's prayer...Dear Loving Father in Heaven, Today I lift up all teachers to You. I pray for Your anointing upon their lives, their work and their ministries. Please give them wisdom, knowledge, guidance, patience, love, protection, understanding, insight and everything they need to be a positive life-changing influence upon those they teach. I pray that You will keep them safe from all harm and evil. Please bring to their minds the lessons and information they need to teach and the ability to do what is good, right, and best in every situation. I pray that each one will see their profession and calling as teachers, not as a burden, but as an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of their students and to always show Your love to others. Please help them to be salt and light for You in this world. May they rely on Your strength and grace each and every day to accomplish that which You would have them do. Bless all teachers, Father, as Your servants. And may they be a blessing to all others with whom they work and teach. In the kind name of Jesus I pray, Amen.

Reflecting on the Names and Nature of GodThe Holy Spirit: A DepositGod, who sealed us has also given us When you became a Christian, you received the Holy Spirit as the Deposit in your life to guarantee that there are more good things coming. When you got saved, you could not understand all God wanted you to know. So the Holy Spirit was placed into your life as a Deposit—a down payment—to let you experience some of the spiritual blessings that you will eventually receive. As a Deposit, the Holy Spirit wants you to be holy now, because you will be perfect in Heaven. As a Deposit, the Holy Spirit wants to give you spiritual understanding now, promising that you will know much more in Heaven. As a Deposit, the Holy Spirit wants to enrich your present life by giving you a foretaste of blessings to come in Heaven. Holy Spirit, I know You have come into my life as a foretaste of the good things to follow. I like the taste of it, but I want more. The Holy Spirit is the Deposit to let you know some of the wonderful things that await you in Heaven. “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him” (1 Corinthians 2:9). But, don’t get your eyes so fixed on the future that you forget today. Remember that what He’ll do fully for you in the future, He’ll begin to do today. Lord, I want to know You better today because it will help me know You more fully in the future. Get me started now! Amen.
