Martha's Message

Dear Parents,

Welcome back! As we enter a very busy time of year with the admissions season, I want you to know that you, our parents, are our biggest advocates for the school. We depend on your recommendations and invitations to friends and relatives to keep our school strong. I also want to remind you that on Tuesdays, through the month of January and the beginning of February, I am hosting Grade Level Coffees for you to learn more about the upcoming year. So far, these have been very informative, and parents have responded very positively. Please check the online calendar on our website and our Facebook page to find your specific date.

We also want to invite you to our annual Open House/Art’s Night on Wednesday, January 24th from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Your entire family is welcome to tour the campus as we showcase the classrooms and the excellent work that is being done by your children. There is no agenda for the evening as this is just a casual drop-in to visit with teachers, see your students' work, and purchase their beautiful self-portraits.

Have a blessed new year!

Fondly,

Martha Milton

Jags Day at BES on Friday, January 12th!

Friday, January 12th is another Jaguars Day at BES! Students and teachers may wear Jacksonville Jaguars shirts and colors with regular uniform bottoms to support our hometown team as they continue their determined run through the NFL playoffs!

Re-Enrollment Begins Today for the 2018-2019 School Year

January is a busy time of year in the Admissions Office with open houses, tours, and students visiting and testing.  It is hard to believe that we are already halfway through the school year and looking towards the 2018-2019 school year.

Once again, re-enrollment will be completed online through RenWeb. You will receive an Online Enrollment email notification from the Admissions Office today to begin the re-enrollment process for your student.

Please be sure to secure a place for your child by Tuesday, February 20th. After February 20th, a $250 late registration fee will be assessed. The registration deposit and supply fee guarantee your child’s placement for the 2018-2019 school year.

If you have any questions about the re-enrollment process or need additional assistance with Renweb, I will be more than happy to help.

Sincerely,

Ashley Davis
Director of Admissions
Beaches Episcopal School

Reminder about Lost and Found Items and Labeling Clothing

Parents, please make a note to check our lost and found bin in the hallway of McCormick Hall if you notice any of your students' clothing is missing. We have a good number of uniforms that are unclaimed, especially in the last couple months. This may also be a good time to label the tags on each of your students' pieces of clothing so that we can return them to the proper owner if it is left somewhere on campus. Thank you for your cooperation.
