The access to Crowthorne House has now been temporarily realigned whilst works to demolish an existing bridge and construct the new access from Nine Mile Ride are completed. Residents will notice an increased level of activity around the Nine Mile Ride access. Temporary electrical shutdownWe are aware that on Monday 21st May SSE will be shutting off electricity for 1 working day to a small number of properties near our Nine Mile Ride entrance. We understand that all the affected residents have been notified of the details directly by SSE. SANGThe SANG (Country Park) is approaching the first milestone in its completion and final inspection of the first phase will begin in June with the local authority. Safety & SecurityOur site is patrolled by security including support from a canine team. We would however like to take this opportunity to remind residents that whilst all reasonable precautions are taken, building sites can seem exciting to children but they can be dangerous places. As ever, we would, therefore, ask parents to ensure their children are made aware of the dangers and are instructed not to enter site at any time, unless doing so under the full supervision of our site staff and wearing full personal protection equipment. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank residents for their patience and understanding with us whilst we complete the highways works. Our team have been working hard to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum at all times. The next residents update email will be issued in two weeks. |
